Employees pay their share of health, dental, or vision insurance through payroll before taxes are taken out. No separate spending account is offered.

When do you want to test?

Both options run the same tests. The difference is when you find out if something needs fixing, and how much time you have left to fix it.

Year-end only

One test run after the plan year closes. This satisfies the annual compliance requirement. If anything fails, the results document what happened and guide what to change going forward.
